Following a comprehensive global rebranding effort, our client aimed to expand its influence to key decision-makers in SMEs including C-suite executives, line-of-business managers, and IT administrators. Their primary objective was to encourage these stakeholders to strengthen their organisation’s IT security using its solutions. In addition to solidifying their global leadership in the cybersecurity industry, we were entrusted with the mission of elevating their brand visibility through a multi-faceted campaign. Our efforts were further bolstered by our longstanding partnership, encompassing comprehensive support across diverse domains, including their expansion into six key markets, with a focus on the technology-based industry sector.

How can we motivate these decision-makers to fortify their organisation’s IT security in light of the growing threat of cyberattacks, particularly in the new era of hybrid working?

In a highly competitive cybersecurity market, our strategy for the brand covers many critical topics such as Zero Trust for regional lead generation, Progress Protected for global rebrand with APAJ market localisation, and Cloudification for APJ awareness and lead-gen, all of which play pivotal roles within our sectoral marketing programme. To execute our strategic approach, we employed a data-driven strategy by dissecting competitors' advertising strategies and executed targeted pay-per-click campaigns in Singapore and India to build brand recognition and increase demand.

Through a series of brand messages strategically integrated into the campaigns, we urged the target audience to prioritise endpoint security by adopting a Zero Trust approach. We emphasised the critical importance of not relying on blind trust, even with colleagues, in matters of cybersecurity. To engage the target audience effectively, we developed landing pages and leveraged platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display, and Google Search to encourage click-throughs. In the process, we curated more than 20 creative assets, spanning ad illustrations, EDMs, and landing pages. Our objective was to motivate users to download exclusive gated content and initiate contact with the sales team through the landing page.
